The Build

A Clear Process From First Idea to Final Walkthrough

A major outdoor project should not feel like a mystery. Our process is designed to make responsibilities, selections, pricing assumptions and next steps easier to understand before construction begins.

How It Works

10 Steps

Plan it, agree it, then build it

PlanSteps 1–4

  1. Start Your Project

Send the property address, project type, photos and a short description through the Jobber-connected form.

  2. Discovery

We discuss what is not working, how you want to use the space, design preferences, timing and a realistic investment range.

  3. Property Assessment

We review access, measurements, grade, drainage, utilities and site constraints that could affect scope or price.

  4. Design Direction

We develop the layout and material direction and explain what design or 3D work is included.

AgreeSteps 5–7

  1. Proposal

You receive a written scope with options, pricing, exclusions, payment structure, schedule assumptions and warranty information.

  2. Material Selection

We confirm products, colors, finishes and important installation details before ordering.

  3. Preconstruction

We coordinate utilities, permits when applicable, access, staging, material delivery and communication.

BuildSteps 8–10

  1. Construction

The team completes demolition, excavation, base work, drainage, installation, cleanup and quality checks.

  2. Final Walkthrough

We review the work, care requirements and any remaining items together.

  3. Warranty and Follow-up

We provide applicable workmanship information and a clear path for reporting a concern.

Communication

Staying informed

You should always know what comes next

Good communication is built into the process rather than added at the end. Before construction starts, we agree how we will keep in touch, so you know who to contact and what to expect from us along the way.

During the build, updates focus on what matters to you: what has been completed, what is coming next, any changes to schedule or deliveries, and anything that could affect scope or price. If something unexpected comes up on site, you hear it from us, along with the options.

Before work begins
A written scope, so changes are discussed against something clear.

Let us build the space you have been planning

Tell us what you want to change, what you want the space to become and any materials that have caught your eye. We will help you understand the right next step.
